Nailed it!











Love the detail of an upholstry nail...whether it be in a chair, couch, side table, or ottoman.

Here is a simple DIY to create your own detailed piece...Pretty Hand Girl shows us how:





Materials Needed:

Nail Head Trim
Decorative Nails* 7/16″ x 1/2″ – French Natural
Rubber Mallet
Wire Cutters
Posterboard or Tracing Paper
Scissors
Batting
Cardboard

Spray Mount
Hot Glue Gun (with glue sticks)
Screwdriver or cordless drill


1. Copy template for back of chair




2. Spray adhesive fabric to cardboard template




3. Glue gun fabric along trim of cardboard backer then insert



4. For the front use same template to cut out wood, wrap in batting, then in fabric, then add with glue gun



5. Add upholstry nails!





6. Screw in seat



Beautiful!
