Getting ready for spring!

So I am growing my first garden this Spring...I do not have a good track record with keeping plants alive...but I am excited to use all the fun gardening tools...check 'em out!

think i may invest

As my everyday plates from crate and barrel are diminishing in front of my eyes(see below...4 of my 8 have broken...not having a dish washer and having accidents occur during hand washing is to blame) I think I am going to invest in some new ones!

I checked out Replacements and they are charging $33 per plate...so instead of keeping with the same old same old I have a couple that I think would be great replacements for as low as $14 per plate!

J and J Home has my DIY ALERT of the day!

They just started following The Notebook so I thought it would be nice to feature them! Her easy DIY project consists of a goodwill stool, sprya painted, and re-covered using a staple gun to secure the new fabric to the cushion. This project is so affordable and will change the look of any space!

So I was reading a magazine last night and they had the best suggestion. To place a coat rack in your guest room to provide storage and hanging space to your guest. I explored the option and their are great coat racks starting at $40! Keep your guest entertained and organized!

The Etsy frame of the day is a blue/green paisley print frame. Love their Etsy shop name too! Here is the foto of the day when my boy and I were at the Army/Navy game. On a day like today all I have to say is that I am VERY thankful to have him! An actual good man.
