Keeping my eye on...

Rugs USA has a great collection of rugs for a good price...love the graphics in each of these rugs...they would be a great to layer against a solid rug!

Peel away!

Just found these adorable artichoke vases! FCL has them for $25! You could use them for candles or a single stem. Delicately beautiful! Great addition to any bookshelf too!

Tidy It Up Tuesday!

Today's Tighty It Up Tuesday features entry tables! I am a firm believer that you can create a stylish but functional entry table in any space.

By adding accessories creates immediate interest in your home, like seen in the first picture with the rock covered box.   Place a large piece of art or mirror above the table this will draw your eye up, as well as adding a lamp will bring height to your entry way space. Add a pretty bowl or platter for keys or important items.

Have fun with decorating this space by adding flowers or items that you love to look at...because then every time you walk in or out of your home you will feel connected to your space!

Touch of Glam

After meeting with a potential client yesterday I was inspired with all things glam! She loves chandeliers, cool elegant colors, and the finer looking items in design...I added in this picture of the metallic stripe hallway that I have featured before from Abode Love! It adds a sense of glam with the shine! Happy Glam Design!

Bathroom Redo!

So the bathroom redo is well on its way...a couple monogrammed hand towel/towels are on their way, but I wanted to share my new shower curtain project:

1. Plain white curtain

Materials:

Iron
Fusible Fabric Tact
Fabric Glue
Pins
2" Black Ribbon
Scissors
Tape Measure

2. Measure out pattern (I used a greek key pattern)

3. Place ribbon down and pin. Then place fusible fabric tact between the ribbon and the shower curtain and iron down ribbon.

4. Remove pins and hang!

Looking good! Can't wait for the new hand towels with a black monogram!
